Had bought from them before, great product and very happy with my shutters. Delivery fees were a bit pricey but I was O.K. with it. However, their after sales service is non existent. I needed help with replacing a shutter panel. I wrote at least three times giving my details and the order information. Got no reply at all. Very disappointed. I am wondering if they are still in business.
