Manufactured in Springvale, Melbourne

Quality starts before the first component is cut.

A consistent result depends on clear project information, a controlled specification and checks that follow the job from review through packing.

Six connected stages

From project information to supported delivery.

These stages describe how a confirmed manufacturing order moves through the factory. Exact checks and documentation vary by system and project.

  1. 01

    Project review

The opening schedule, layouts, materials, finish and delivery requirements are reviewed before manufacturing data is released.

  2. 02

    Component preparation

Components are selected and prepared against the confirmed specification for the relevant system.

  3. 03

    Panel assembly

Rails, stiles, louvres and control components are assembled into the specified panel layout.

  4. 04

    Fit and function check

Panels and frames are checked for alignment, movement and the details required by the order.

  5. 05

    Packing and identification

Project components are identified and packed so rooms, openings and staged deliveries remain organised.

  6. 06

    After-supply support

Serviceable components and project records help the team respond if a part is damaged or needs replacement.

Project-based quality control

Consistency is managed across the order.

For larger projects, a single window can be correct while the overall result still feels inconsistent. The manufacturing brief therefore needs to account for the project as a whole.

  • System and material selection by application
  • Frame, louvre and layout consistency
  • Confirmed colour and finish
  • Opening and room identification
  • Panel movement and component fit
  • Packing organised for the delivery plan

Material and warranty facts

Clear claims, tied to the correct system.

Spot On publishes material, manufacturing source, typical lead time and warranty scope on each system page. Our locally manufactured PVC systems are SGS VOC-free certified, and the applicable warranty remains subject to the full warranty terms.

Melbourne-made PVC systems typically take 1–3 weeks after the project specification is confirmed. Specialist imported PVC, timber and aluminium systems typically take 10–12 weeks. Project complexity, confirmation timing and delivery arrangements may affect individual schedules.
